To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send your item back to us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Non-refundable Items: Please note that we do not have a “final sale” policy, and all items are eligible for return as long as they meet the criteria above. There are no restocking fees.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
